BROWNIES!
If I didn't know any better I would think these brownies were sent from God, himself!
Haha, anyway. Only make this specific recipe if you really have some time on your hands. The preparation takes no time at all but the bake-time takes a little bit (ok, as in a 'little bit' I mean about 40-50 minutes) Seriously.
Set the oven to 350 before you start.
Ingredients:
-2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
-2 cups white sugar
-3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 cup water
-1 cup vegetable oil
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract (sometimes I mix it up with almond extract)

CINNAMON MUFFINS
1 egg replacer click here for different egg replacements
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup organic sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup nondairy milk (I use almond)
1/2 cup oil
I cooked these buddies for about 10 minutes. Make sure not to keep them in too long or they get very dry! Also- I topped then with cinnamon sugar right after I took them out of the oven. It's nice because the sugar warms and melts a bit.
